The preliminary consultation includes a site visit, clarification of the client’s goals for construction, use or reconstruction, and an assessment of the possibilities and limitations of the existing structure. After the visit, findings and recommendations are briefly summarized. If further project stages are required, a detailed offer will be prepared.
The listed price is for one visit. Additional visits are by agreement.
Prices are net, VAT not applicable.
Hourly rate for specialized engineering work – 120€ / hour.
Prices for all other services (technical due diligence, design conformity assessments, structural investigations, etc.) are determined by agreement, depending on scope and complexity.
Conceptual design
Conceptual design with bill of quantities and estimated budget – 700 to 1400 €.
For medium-complexity buildings with gross built-up area up to 500 m². Delivered within 2 weeks.
