Art 1. These General Terms and Conditions for the use of the MG Construct and the services provided through them govern the relationship between the by Eng. Art. 16. In the event of disputes, the Parties shall endeavor to settle them voluntarily by mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, either party may refer the dispute to a competent court.
