Technical due diligence

Includes a full review of the submitted technical documentation (permits, protocols, designs, contracts), technical on-site inspection and preparation of a report on all parts of the project. The report can present different types of information about the site, incl. price. Depending on the scope, I may need to use trusted professionals under my guidance. These types of reviews are especially useful for investors who want to buy larger properties, buildings or facilities.
